New Name for Rochester College

Rochester College in Rochester Hills, Michigan is changing its name to become Rochester University.

The institution was founded as North Central Christian College in 1959. The name change to Michigan Christian Junior College in 1961 and to to Michigan Christian College in 1978. The name of Rochester College was then adopted in 1997.
